Founded and led by Nadwa Yono, one of the few stylists in the United States certified in the highly specialized Extended Wear technique, our center provides compassionate, personalized care for clients navigating a deeply emotional and often misunderstood experience.
With over 40 million women in the U.S. facing hair loss—20 million of whom are under the age of 40—this is not just a cosmetic concern; it’s a silent epidemic that affects confidence, identity, and mental well-being. This includes those undergoing treatment for cancer, as well as those living with hereditary thinning, alopecia, or trichotillomania. NADWA HAIR LOSS CENTER POLICY
Appointments
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call at least twenty-four hours ahead of time. This provides our wait-list clients an opportunity to take your missed appointment.
Kindly arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full service. If you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled time, we will do everything we can to accommodate, but please keep in mind you may have to wait or we may have to reschedule.
Some service may require deposits for appointments. Deposits will be applied to the total cost of your appointment. However, if you cancel or miss your appointments within 24 hours of appointments the deposit is nonrefundable.
Payments & Gratuities
We accept cash and checks as well as major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. We do not give cash back on credit card charges. Gratuity is not included and may be paid in cash or check. We cannot add gratuity to credit card charges.
Children’s Safety
For your child’s safety and for your comfort, we ask that children not accompany you to your appointment unless they are scheduled for salon services.
